Building Care Since 2021
AW Strata Maintenance was founded in 2021 following an encounter with several members of the strata council at a building where me and my partner were caretaking. They were concerned about the mechanical quotes they had received, and upon reviewing them, i discovered that the contractors were charging 25%-35% more than standard rates. We accepted the job and successfully completed it for significantly less than all other provided quotes.
